Mat Pilates
You will challenge your stabilising muscles and muscles you never knew existed.
Props such as weights, balls and magic circles assist and intensify movements to build body awareness and create further muscle engagement.
There are loads of exercise variations, so each level of experience is catered to, and you can flow with the movements as your muscles grow stronger.
You'll be laughing that minuscule movements leave you shaking, and those 'pulses' aren't strictly voluntary!!
Suitable for all levels.
Pace: Slow to moderate
Prerequisite: General good health, free of injury and welcome women during the first trimester with GP clearance.
