Power Pilates is based on a hybrid between the functional, mindful movements of Pilates and a higher intensity cardio workout that focuses on correct movement patterns and planes of motion. (Please note: options are provided for cardio for lower impact if needed.) Power Pilates is a safe, but strong workout that targets the small, stabilising muscles in a way that protects your joints and gives your body longevity and encourages a long, lean, toned body. Kind of like a mat Pilates class but ramped up to 10!

Prerequisite: General good health, free of injury and welcome women during the first trimester with GP clearance.
